Revision of Goods and Services Tax(GST) Rate

 

(1) In view of the revision of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) from the current 5 percent to 7 effectively on

     1 July 2007, kindly be informed that there are changes need to be made to your TradeNet 3.1 software.

(2) With this cover letter, a step-by-step guide is enclosed to help you through the process of updating your

     software.

(3) Should you notice for some of you that the parameters mentioned in the guide have been updated in your

     TradeNet system, kindly ignore this notification.

 

(4) Should you need further assistance, you have from now until 1^st July to contact our Customer Care Centre

     at 6491 3939 during our support hours from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday or 9:00a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

     on Saturday or mail your request to ecare@kewill-ipacs.com.
